This creamy Prawn Pasta recipe is so simple to make and uses a clever shortcut to pack in heaps of flavour in just 10 minutes.
Well, this Prawn Pasta is another of those recipes but somehow it also manages to feel a little fancy.
Piles of frozen prawns, a couple of portions of vegetables and a rich, creamy (shortcut!) sauce are all a win here.
Hope you love this little recipe as much as we do.

FAQs about the Prawn Pasta
Which prawns (shrimp) should I use?
I used frozen (cook from frozen) king prawns, but you can use any type you like. Just adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Can I reheat leftovers of this prawn pasta?
You can, be sure it’s piping hot before serving. That said it will be quite dry once reheated as the ‘sauce’ soaks into the pasta a little.
Can I make this vegetarian?
Sure, just replace the prawns with a vegetarian protein alternative.
Can I use reduced fat soft cheese?
Yes, I’ve found that it doesn’t make much difference to the ‘sauce’. But be sure to use a flavoured type of soft cheese here as it’s the shortcut to heaps of added flavour.
