Using a weekly Meal Plan takes the drama out of midweek dinners. Stay balanced, save money and save your sanity!
This is the eleventh weekly meal plan I will be sharing on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and so many of you asked for all of the info in one place, so here it is. Watch out for the videos of each recipe coming each night this week, so you can cook along.
For reference, I shopped for this Meal Plan in July 2022 at Aldi and it cost £30.32.

Remember to check your cupboards before shopping, in case you already have any of the items on the list.

Meal Plan 9 – £32 from Aldi
Meal Plan 10 – £32 (All 10 minute meals!)
Monday:
Sticky Halloumi Kebabs
(Click the link above to go to the recipe)
£1.41 per portion
Serve with the tortillas (I like to carefully toast them over an open gas flame for a couple of seconds), the leaves and the dip included in the recipe.
Tuesday:
Chicken Wrapped in Bacon Tray Bake
(Click the link above to go to the recipe)
£1.95 per portion
I think the frozen green beans actually work better than fresh here as they stay soft rather than drying out.
Wednesday
Chorizo Gnocchi One Pan
(Click the link above to go to the recipe)
£1.05 per portion
Thursday
Courgette Lasagne
(Click the link above to go to the recipe)
£1.28 per portion
Serve with extra green beans from your frozen bag if you’d like more veggies on the side.
I swapped the regular onion for red onion on our shopping list.
Friday
Fish Stew with Paprika and Lime
(Click the link above to go to the recipe)
£1.05 per portion
Serve with cooked rice and extra limes.
