We’re keeping this latest Meal Plan varied as always. with a combo of meats and veggie dishes, slow cooker simplicity, quick pastas and a trusty pie. Hope you love it.
You know the drill with my regular meal plans by now, but this time I’m excited to say I’m unveiling not one but THREE brand new recipes for you to give a go.
They’ll each give you plenty of variation to mix up during your week, from a slow cooker saviour to a hearty pie and a super-speedy fakeaway. Check them out below!
I’ll be sharing this meal plan on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, so watch out for the videos so you can cook along.
For reference, I shopped for this Meal Plan in April 2023 at Aldi and it cost £32.15.
Why use a meal plan?
⭐️ Knowing exactly what food to buy for avoids food waste, saving you money.
⭐️ Having a plan for dinner each night avoids the mental load of “what’s for dinner?” questions every night.

Some tips:
➡️ Check for any items on the shopping list that you already have in your cupboard.
➡️ Maybe think about doubling up and freezing a recipe or two where the recipes are suitable, so save cooking another day or for the weekend.
➡️ Remove ingredients for any meals that you don’t want to cook.
➡️ The shopping list includes the cheapest version of each ingredient. Obviously if you want to buy lower fat mince or free range etc, that’s personal choice.

Dinner 1
⭐️ BRAND NEW: A delicious slow cooker recipe.
⭐️ If you’re using the shopping list, we’ve substituted Mozzarella here for Cheddar to avoid buying an extra bag of cheese.
⭐️ We haven’t included an additional side dish here as this recipe has protein, carbs and vegetables, obviously feel free to add rice or potato wedges if you prefer.

⭐️ BRAND NEW: An old classic reinvented to something fresh!
⭐️ Easy one pan meal.
Orzo Bolognese {One Pot}
Dinner 3
⭐️ BRAND NEW: A perfect make-ahead or batch cook meal.
⭐️ Comforting, healthy and hearty veggie dinner.
⭐️ Add a veg side if you like but it’s great on its own (there are leftover carrots on the printed shopping list that you could use.)
Vegetarian Cottage Pie
Dinner 4
⭐️ A hands-off meal that the slow cooker takes care of.
⭐️ Fantastic value for money, something a little different and always a big hit!
⭐️ Serving suggestion: Homemade Chips or wedges (use from the bag of potatoes already added to the printable shopping list. )
Easy Campfire Stew {Slow Cooker Recipe}
Dinner 5
⭐️ A veggie, quick, one-pan pasta – always satisfying and ready in 20!
⭐️ CHEESE: In accordance to the recipe, Gruyere has been added to the shopping list, but it’s not totally crucial you use this cheese if you don’t want to. Share the cheddar between this and the tacos (Dinner 1), or the mozzarella that’s stipulated in the tacos recipe, so you only have to buy one bag. (Sometimes supermarkets sell a combo of mozzarella and cheddar, so this would be good here).
