Short on time? Here’s how I get ahead for the week with just an hour to spare. Here’s a speedy Sunday Setup to help you do a little prep for breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Welcome to Week 4 of my Sunday Setup Series.
If you’ve followed along and have enjoyed these guides from Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3, you’ll have seen how we can make a big difference to a busy week by making some different meals and snacks in one weekend batch cook.
This week, I’m short on time so doing a mini reset instead. A little can still go a long way!
TIME
This mini setup should take you about an hour if you have a double oven. (As it’s best not to open the oven door whilst you’re cooking the loaf cakes!)

What meal prep we can do…
This week we’ll be including tips for:

A cooked protein to use in salads for lunch, or an extra protein snack
Useful tools for the job…
You can find links to all of the containers, utensils and general paraphernalia that I use to help me with meal prepping in my online shop, but my top favourites are:
Denim Apron
